Description

The Territorial Sales Manager is responsible for Industrial Work Force Housing sales and rentals to clients with offices in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Secure contracts for the sales or lease of Workforce Housing products, including camp management/catering services
  • Develop the market for all ATCO products and determine sales strategy
  • Manage selling costs and submitting weekly expense reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work meets with corporate ISO policies and procedures
  • Complete detailed request for quotations (RFQs) outlining the required design and specifications to best suit the client's needs
  • Prepare proposals that are competitive, satisfying the clients requirements and the company’s guidelines and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the territory
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to the Sales Coordinator
Qualifications
  • Post secondary education in a business field
  • Strong knowledge of remote camp services an asset
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to operate with a minimal amount of supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
