Description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for the timely and cost effective coordination of servicing functions of Modular Units and Facility and Yard Maintenance.
Responsibilities
  • Review modular units for damages and sign truckers Bill of Lading
  • Control modular unit movement and placement through coordination of the Forklift Operators
  • Work with Service Lead Hand to coordinate service shop schedule
  • Create and maintain a building maintenance program
  • Maintain plant tool list and coordinate repairs as required
  • Review modular units prior to load outs
  • Ensure the yards are maintained in a neat and organized fashion at all times
  • Complete weekly inspection of yard(s) and advises Plant Manager of units requiring repositioning or weatherproofing
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Three (3) years related experience as a Service Coordinator
  • Basic construction knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic planner
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
