As a Mechanical Services Technician, you will assist the Mechanical Service group in maintenance and repair to a variety of vehicles and equipment related to the qualifications and scope of the mechanical service technician trade as well as NGV Fueling Stations.

Responsibilities
  • Repair, maintain and diagnose problems on a variety of vehicles and equipment.
  • Prepare work orders and maintain accurate and timely repair records.
  • Install and remove NGV systems on a variety of new and used vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain and service NGV compressors at all re-fueling sites.
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Automotive Service Technician Certificate (consideration may be given to applicants registered in an Apprenticeship Program).
  • Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement.
  • Possess or be able to obtain CVIP inspection certificate where required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, learning ability, technical aptitude, initiative, mature judgment, decision making and work habits.
