Description

ATCO Structures is recruiting for a Contract Administrator – Workforce Housing.  Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of domestic Workforce Housing sales and lease contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating activities between departments.
  • Reviewing contract documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Organizing field service calls.
  • Providing timely communication and documentation on all aspects of projects.
  • Reviewing progress and schedules to ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Initiating project accounting activities.
Qualifications
  • As the successful candidate, you have a recognized business degree or diploma from a post secondary institution. 
  • You have demonstrated the ability to solve problems in and efficient and effective manner.
  • You have a customer service orientation in dealing with clients and co-workers. 
  • You are a team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • You must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Previous work experience in contract administration or a related area is an asset.
  • Previous experience with Oracle Financials and knowledge of the modular building industry is an asset.
