Service Recognition Program

Recognizing employees for their loyal and dedicated service is very important. ATCO’s Service Recognition Program is testament to our continuing commitment to acknowledge employees for going the extra mile to deliver the excellence that is our hallmark.

The Service Recognition Program includes:

  • A one-year gift award
  • Annual ATCO service award emblem stickers, presented in an achievement note card
  • The employee’s choice of a personal gift award for each 5-year service milestone and for each additional 5-year milestone thereafter
  • A specially-crafted ATCO lapel pin for 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40-year service milestones
  • Upon attainment of the 25-year service milestone, employees receive the S.D. Southern Quarter Century Recognition Award, presented by a member of the Southern family or a founding member of ATCO Group
  • Distinctive awards banquets honour employees for their significant service milestones
