What is ATCO
With more than 7,800 employees and approximately $8.2 billion in assets, ATCO Group is an Alberta-based worldwide organization of companies comprised of three main business divisions: Power Generation, Utilities (natural gas and electricity transmission and distribution) and Global Enterprises, with companies active in industrial manufacturing, technology, logistics and energy services.

Utilities
The Utilities division is focused on the safe, reliable transportation and delivery of natural gas, electricity and water. The division includes ATCO Pipelines, ATCO Gas, CU Water, ATCO Electric and its subsidiaries Northland Utilities and The Yukon Electrical Company. Our customers have come to trust the friendly, expert advice and services offered by the ATCO EnergySense program and our famous ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen.

Power Generation
The Power Generation division owns and operates independent hydroelectric, coal and environmentally progressive natural gas fired power plants. It includes ATCO Power and ASHCOR Technologies.

Global Enterprises
The Global Enterprises division profiles the diversity of the company. Global Enterprises includes ATCO Midstream, ATCO Frontec, ATCO I-Tek, ATCO Travel, ATCO Structures and ATCO Noise Management.


Since 1947, ATCO Structures has been manufacturing, selling and leasing modular buildings to more than 100 countries. Factories and offices are strategically located in Canada, the United States, Chile, the United Kingdom and Australia.
